I disagree. A significant portion of people who have the vaccine are antimask. Its not mutually exclusive. If it was, we'd be in a better position.

But in this case, Greg Abbott is a trump loving repub.

His followers are also trump supporters.

Many of them STILL don't think covid is a big deal and think it was liberal ploy to get trump out. Many of them are still anti vaxx and even more are certainly anti mask.
