When you're in court they all go in the back and come out laughing, joking and shyt. Y'all playing with nikkas lives and the shyt is all a game. That's why when people pay money for a "good" lawyer it's usually the ones with the best track records for getting you a good plea agreement. State overcharges a defendant, sits you up and gives you a rediculous bond, then you pay for the lawyer who wheels and deals with the states attorneys, then they tell nikkas something to the effect of that "this judge is harsh, if you go to trial it could end bad so here's this agreement I got for you: they were charging you with a 6-30 but I got you the minimum and you'll be out next year with good time:smugbiden: or we can fight the case for the next year or two while you sit in jail and you could end up losing bad :merchant:"


-Conviction rates are high so elected judges and elected states attorneys look good and get re-elected

-Lawyers look good so they can continue to get away with highway robbery and charge outrageous amounts for criminal defense

-black man is tagged and convicted while his family will be dependent on the states systems also setting that man up to return because of lack of options

-prisons, which are the economies in a lot of these hick towns where they are located, keep their quotas up

-cops look like they're doing a good job keeping the streets "clean"

Etc...

And that's all regardless of the person who was charged guilt or innocence. I hate to make shyt sound cliche with movie quotes but it isn't what you know, it's what you can prove and if there is nothing that can prove innocence but your word as a black man you're fukked

shyt is a dirty game what these people get away with but nikkas don't give a fukk about nothing that isn't right in front of their face

They got good ass lawyers that only gun to beat the case. John Casey Keirnan beat another one of my nikkas capital murder case then back doored and we saw him in the news for beating a case for a Mexican that killed a DEA informant :whoo:

Dude like 14 for 15 in beating murder cases.

That's moreso because the nature of murder cases are that they are the hardest to prove and get convictions because it has to be without an reasonable doubt.

nikkas beat 9-1s all the time, add to that there's no reasonable plea most of the time for a murder case. If someone is gonna $25k plus for attorney for a murder why the fukk would they take 20 years with no good time, you have no choice but to fight the case

Obviously I'm talking about the average drug or whatever bullshyt felony case
