Be specific. What exactly are you proposing? What measure do you want to see happen? Do you want your mom or your wife or brother or kid, or do you want to be able to call on your wife, mother, brother kid and say "he's crazy! He might do something!" And have you locked up for a considerable amount of time? Psychiatric holds are 72 hrs and that's not going to stop a shooting.

So rather than "charge the family" or "incentive" or allow family's to "chalk it to the game" which is all buzzwords and doubletalk what specific measures would you like to see changed or enacted?

You can do a lot damage before you even get into a stadium. Those entrances are packed around a lot of bars and that shooter would have the element of surprise.
