It's a housing program dressed up as reparations. I don't have a problem with it but it's misleading to called it reparations when we have been fighting for payment from slavery in the US.

It is misleading,but point is they did it. So if Illinois could give certain black people a downpayment on a house. Whats stopping other democratic states from giving things to black people specefically? Regardless of if they dress it up or not?
