But theres still a HUGE domestic migration base of Black Americans in Texas who moved there from other states like Louisiana, California, NY, etc. And there's still alot of Americanized Nigerians and Kenyans in Texas. There shouldn't be any excuse. Too many Blacks in Texas and in DFW and Houston for them to be twiddling their thumbs and letting Whites represent them.
