She just doesn't have that "IT" factor that make the masses want to gravitate towards her

there are lots of artists that are very talented and have that “it” factor. The artists you hear about are under record labels and PR teams that make sure their names are in the minds of people.
there are tens of thousands of artists out here, not just the same 20-30 on the radio.
How long she been in the game? Why is still bytching about not getting that push to be recognize by the masses and appreciated? Sometimes, a artist just don't have that "IT", "WOW" or the "ONE" appeal to them. I'm not saying that she is trash, but she doesn't stand out. She had opportunities to get major fame but it hasn't work out for her so far. That is how the games goes. Can't be mad if mainstream media doesn't have much interest for you, no matter how much the labels or PR teams push you.

So the kardashians have that IT, WOW factor? Initially they had no talents, no skills, got a bunch of plastic surgery to meet a beauty standard etc. how long have they been on the front page of news headlines? For over a decade now I’m sure.

People gravitate towards them over time with the help of the media, the sex tape and the shenanigans they got into. You cannot force people to like you and this is the case with Teyanna. The bulk of the people in this thread have said that she will not be missed. She did better than a lot of people who got into the industry with learning how to direct are being a good songwriter for other artists. Teyanna just don't have the qualities to become a pop star. If she did, it would have happen already with the hookups she had. The r&b/pop genre don't have a need for her and it has shown with her popularity and sales.

There is nothing special about her music.
He was offered a G-League spot a few years back to work himself back into the league, but he turned it down. He's was rather injury prone his last few years in the league, so he should have taken up the opportunity to show that he could still play at a high level.
