Because in the case of Hov and B it sounds like two rich black people lecturing their black listeners to support their black excellence (by buying Tidal, albums, tickets etc) while simultaneously promoting every white luxury brand imaginable. Not to mention wrapping themselves in every staple of classic (white) art they can find.

People act like they're shouting out black businesses or promoting black shyt or even talking about the black experience outside of generic references. This is just the black 1% stunting on you nikkas and calling it black excellence. No wonder people are tired of that shyt when there are far more relatable artists talking about shyt actual black people go through. Add in people like Cardi who isn't black but clearly a lot of black people identify with her struggle and spirit.
