Personally prefer this album to The Chronic and Doggystyle...I just like Kurupts voice, flow and lyrics more than Snoops and the production on the album is equal to Dre's

The roll out should have been so much more, Time Warner gave in to political pressures despite Death Row making all that money for interscope, Dogg Food almost didn't drop. Dre said if we gotta go back to sellin out our trunks we doin it because this shyt is coming out.

It still did 2x platinum but with the right promotion it would have done easily 3 or more.
