Yea obviously, I meant they should have started building toward the future a lot sooner by trading whatever assets they had for future draft picks. But of course that wouldn't have been easy with how bad the boston trade was and how overpaid/over-rated d-will and joe johnson were.

This is a good pick up for the Pacers, you basically traded a Late-rounder, for a proven player that has the skillset to back up at the 3 or 4 positions and is a spot starter when needed. He's a Good inside scorer, can hit the occasional three, and has soft hands as a defender.
