Don't like to see anybody lose their job, but this is a step in the right direction.
Hell, while we're at it let's get rid of Pees also and see if we can get Rex back after he gets axed this offseason.

Not I
i thought he was doing a good job? who would you get to come in his place?
by the time hes 27
at you nikkas thinking Caldwell will be any sort of improvement. Dude was nothing more than a glorified yes man for Dungy and Polian
Caldwell never had an actual "OC" job so we'll see how he does for the rest of the season. We can't evaluate his previous "OC" performances because he has NONE. So, I don't understand that talk in him immediately being ineffective or no better then Cam Cameron.
@ the talk of firing John Harbaugh or him having a hotseat. I understand the turmoil created from finally terminating an overdue Cameron, however let's not get irrational. Since Harbaugh's debut in 2008, we have made two divisional games and two conference championship games. One of the conference game's were in his debut year with the team. Two back to back 12-4 records that can possibly extend to a third consecutive 12-4 record and the potential to repeat as AFC North champions this year. He's had too much success to even gain the thoughts of being handed the pink slip.
