They want to put the onus of that knowledge on the players... because it's a game of skill and not luck, according to them. But really, it is similar to sports betting with a different slant. Rather than betting on the outcome of a game, you are betting on the performance of multiple players in different games. I don't agree with gambling as a way to make money, but it needs to be put under regulations just like off-track-betting.
