these dumbass changes are all due to the over-romanticization of older all-star games

adam silver's solution to everything is to just "make a tournament", and it's so fukking gimmicky at this point. Play-in tournamet, In-season tournament. ASG Tournament. like wtf is he doing?

who cares if the score is high at the fukking ASG. I had a weird idea i think could work to make the games more competitive

I think they should just reduce the number of roster spots. and make it a 1st team and second team. So the top 6 are on one team and bottom 6 are on the r other If only 12 people get selected to the all star team each year, there will be more competition to make the team. and if you make over someone people think is more deserving, you might be more willing to put on a show to prove you belong. and the second team will also be more interested in beating the 1st team to prove they are better. would literally force rivalry during the game
