Google the typical symptoms, but you can share your feelings here and I’ll let you know my thoughts, but I highly suggest finding a therapist you like immediately.
Facts. I know that wasn’t my last depressive episode or hard time but each time I get stronger to handle the next one.

Glad you got over your slum, a lot of people are going through it and it’s good to see someone realise there is much to be grateful for in life.
