Welcome to 2017 bro. Don Q NOW is bigger than JR was at the height of his popularity. Besides, Don Q has already proved he can go back and forth over different types of sounds.

JR being Dominican doesn't mean that much to me, if we're doing that you might as well put JuJu from the Beatnuts on here as well.

Juju was a Dominican dude rapping in English about guns and puzzy back in 1993. I always felt that the Beatnuts had the double whammy of not being Black OR Puerto Rican. Mexicans can even say they put their flag down in hip-hop before Dominicans, so Juju deserves some respect out here imo, he was repping Dominicans for dolo.
AZ was repping too on wax in the 90's.

And yeah J.R. is :flabbynsick: at this point lol, Don fit like a glove on this.

He can spit still of course. Last time I heard him was a track with Dave East I think. I meant more as in notoriety and the streets bumping his shyt though. He wouldn't sound as good as Don on this who came up with the hook and everything.

Nah. The Beatnuts were a perfect representation of the Corona/Elmhurst/Jackson Heights neighborhoods of Queens.

What's funny about this collaboration is that they're both like 5'3 :mjlol:

Cool song tho

:mjlol:

Chimbala is a well known dwarf in DR.. He's abnormally short, almost a midget. I think he's 5'2 or 5'1.. His catchfrase is "tu pequeñito mami", which means "Its your small guy, bae" lol almost sounds like something a bachata singer would say.

He has alot of street cred tho.. Sometimes the shorter dudes are the toughest.
