I don't hate the dude at all, but I just notice certain things. I actually like listening to some of his shows. I remember one caller called in asking about having sex with a young lady that wanted a relationship. He said she keeps saying she wants to be in a relationship before having sex. Instead of Tariq to say drop her and find a woman who is ok with hooking up he say's to tell the young lady that he loves her and they can definitely talk about a relationship after having sex. I'm sorry, but you can't talk about pro black this and that then the next moment you're talking about how to run game on black people. My thing is don't be 80% pro black and then 20% hood. Pick one side and be 100% about it. To me it just doesn't come off as authentic. He is not the devil, but I notice certain things that make me raise an eyebrow.
To be honest , its all relative, I mean the Panthers were hood but had a black progressive stance. Tariq is just messed up period. He was the one advocating pimp this and pimp that, and then he was the same dude who advocated for paying for women after the Donald Sterling incident. He was the same one talking about dudes fighting at the club but wanted to take a fade with Professor Griff and his boys after they made a comment about him.Dude is full of it.
I don't hate the dude either but certain things you just don't play with ,blacks in this country and al over this world have no strategy to move collectively, and when you make some friviilous input because you want to make a couple dollars of the topic, you are really rendering yourself a danger rather than a cure.

. Its fun and games to note the humor in this stuff. However, hopefully there is less pride and more efforts to build without a leader. I think Dr. Boyce Watkins used the term, "advisor" or "advocate" as opposed to "leader", when referring to himself and black people issues....he talks about it in that video need to find that video regarding Umar. Plus with so many internet black "conscious" people out there, it can be like going to the cereal aisle, b/se it so many flavors/choices. It's like back home in N.C, you would have a large church and a few people will leave and form a small church, then some people would spinoff from that church and so on.
Yo, this reminds me of a mob movie or The Sopranos where someone took a minor coincidence such as this as a term of disrespect and shyt hit the fan for all parties involve (being vague, but I digress) I swear this is all too peculiar.
Tariq still ain't no better, but
