Man that piss is a mothafukka. Our bodyclock is hardwired to wake us up to piss whether we want to or not

It's been a while since I felt that. I have no trouble sleeping but waking up it always feels like I got jumped. Might be my mattress or maybe I need to drink some water before going to sleep
