Breh, look at this shytAlbum would have been great if he wasn't trying to force so many punchlines. He had the delivery, he had the mic presence, he had interesting subject matter, the music fit his subject matter... he didn't need to be so aggressive on the track all the time. He became even more rappity rap after this album, and I liked him less and less.
Looking back on it, Chino must have been a pretty big fan of Treach & LL.
Breh, look at this shyt
First single from his sophomore album and he's trying to be on some jiggy shyt in the video while spitting rapid fire rappity raps ON TOP of the beat.
Terrible song in retrospect

Ricanstruction has some dope joints.Last verse was flames though.
Speaking of Chino, who fukked with The Ricanstruction? That album was crazy. Might crack my top 5 double albums.![]()
I agree except I think he topped itHere to save you all is a very dark album tho, his darkest subject matter and just overall sound is real gritty. The album hasn't aged as good as some others from that period but it's his best album.
with Ricanstruction.Too much filler for me and lyrically not as sharp.I agree except I think he topped itwith Ricanstruction.
Ionno, breh. He had some ridiculous bars on there. Could be the age of the old stuff. I also think the usual double album "trimming the fat" applies. If you trim it down to the amount of tracks of HTSYA, it's better. Maybe there's no song as sick as Riiiot!, but that's one of those magical, once in a career things. You can't recreate that.Too much filler for me and lyrically not as sharp.

that man became a whole different punching bag after boxingLast verse was flames though.
