There's a reason it's the only OST from the series Rockstar/TakeTwo decided to go all out on and drop a whole fukkin' Boxset with, if I'm not mistaken ALL tracks in the original pressing of Vice City.
No matter what radio station you landed on, all you heard was carefully curated piff.
San Andreas was the last one that got it right in terms of radiostations.
Everything else after that, you had to wade through so much bullshyt or memorize the radio segments to know if a good song was anywhere near the horizon or you were just gonna listen to the Off air music they had to put in 'cause they found more people was muting the shyts, they was so terrible.​

The radio stations on Vice City Stories were just as good if not better. Both VC and VCS captured that 80s vibe just right
