They stay using Big Show and Kane to not make anyone give a fukk about better, younger talent.

Everything about him from his lack of presence to his nasly, prepubescent voice is B+ personified.
Folks are so happy for the belt to be on anyone other than Cena that they're pretending he's a main eventer.
He's an absolute joke and is getting exposed. Kane has been more tolerable and interesting.
One can argue his booking in his matches. Losing to Noble & Mercury is out of his control.
The fact he loses everyone in the arena and induces eye rolls everytime he speaks is totally under his control.
He belongs in the midcard and hopefully, that's where he goes after this horrible reign has concluded.
Kane has a character, Rollins doesn't. Kane is guaranteed fukkery in some manner. Rollins, you're getting a long promo. He should have been a face first. I just don't believe him anymore.
Sad part is that as bad as this storyline is... it will only come in 3rd place in "Worst Feud/Storyline of the Year" right behind the Divas Revolution and TNA vs GFW Invasion Angle
Since March we've been told his character is that of a snake.
The prototypical "chickenshyt" heel. The sellout. The spoiled brat.
He's bombed because he's just not that good, and it becomes more glaringly obvious weekly.
The only thing a face run changes is that maybe he's booked to look competent in the ring in the face of adversity.
He still lacks the intangibles of a main event guy and still sounds in over his head when he picks up a microphone.

There's been a couple of times where he shows promise on the mic but he just goes too far. Like the Pope thing. That's Cena level corny but Cena can pull of corny shyt. Seth needs to keep it simple. Even if it means cheap heat. I will say that he got a ton of heat for beating up Kane of all people but it never translates further. Kane is just a placeholder feud and he'll most likely be back in a chopper suit within a month. Seth on the other hand, I don't know where he's going. He can be a pretty sympathetic face whenever HHH turns on him. At that point he will need to let his ability do the talking.

I like Seth, but this was bad. Really bad.
He is not that strong on the mic anyway, and they give him more mic time than anyone at the moment and he's more miss than hit, so it's a combo of problems. It hasn't helped that his run as Champion is one of the worst-booked runs that I can remember.
