Wrong, they met on a music video set.......he met her when he was 19 or 20 and she was 17....her parents were never a problem they been together for almost 20 years already.

More like Kobe is lucky to have had Shaq and threatened to leave and cried his way into getting Gasol.

While Duncan was a dominant force leading his team to postseason play for 19 years and playing like the MVP he was in the biggest games.

That's been the story. And while he was dating underage Vanessa, he was Mr. Basketball (i.e., best high school player in the country). He was poised to become an NBA star so Vanessa's parents used that as leverage to force Kobe to make an honest woman out of her lest it be media frenzy before the NBA draft (and Kobe risk criminal prosecution) for statutory rape.
