saying your going to die by the gun, or end up dying or alluding to being shot and dying like the rapper did, especially if you are a rapper (like drake) is not a diss to the dead rapper.

Inferring that a rapper may die by a bullet as did another rapper is not offensive to the dead rapper but it is baiting for the alive rapper. It would definitely be insensitive had proof recently passed but it has been more than enough time to acknowledge that on wax.
