Virginia Tech used to do this all the time, had dudes like Ernest Wilford and D. Hall posting 4.20 then nothing close to that at the combines

Pro Days are hand timed, which makes them highly inaccurate.
everyone one knows you add .1 to pro day times...nikkas be running 4.67 at the combine then run low 4.5 or even 4.4 at the pro day 2 weeks later.
