Just got arkham city running @ 1920X1200 with details set to very high, directx 11 on set to normal, phyx off(kept crashing the benchmarker at the part with all the lasers firing) and AA off. I got and avg of 38 fps. Not terrible but I was hoping for 60 fps, which is probably achievable if I play around with the settings I'm sure....I have the I7 ,16gbram version

one gripe I have is you can't charge it via micro usb...since it's supposed to be a "tablet" as well...looks like you need an typical outlet to charge it....

Processor is too powerful for that. They could have went with USB c and done that though.

I like that you can just charge the tablet though.

I still can't get over how fast this thing boots up. Turn it on the screen says Surface for literally a couple of seconds then it's at the start screen

I gave the surface pro 3 i5 128. My brightness is 2% when running on battery. I don't like the battery life. If the surface book gets the 12 hour battery life I'd be good with that but the pro 3 life hasn't been 9 hours for me.

You probably need to do some configuring. I have the same except mine is the 256gb and I can get between 7-9 depending on what I'm doing. First couple of things I would do is update the battery drivers in the device manager. Then in settings, background apps, turn off all the apps you don't use. If you use chrome, don't let it run in the background. Also, make sure you don't have any unnecessary programs running on startup.

I got the pro 4 and Jesus I'll never user another tablet again. Being that u used it mainly for art, my programs running gives me about 8-9 hours of usage off charge.

Not gonna say it's perfect, but nothing fukking with it right now in anyway
