That Will Ospreay vs Ricochet match, might be the worst piece of shyt I've ever seen

I don't mind the occasional bit of flippy shyt but when it is too much it's overkill and they've gone way overboard here. Just guys flipping about all over the place like I'm watching a Chinese acrobatic show

And Hogan may not have been HBK in the ring but he got huge responses from doing punches, fukking punches

Nowadays unless someone is doing a superplex involving like 4 people then the crowd is crickets

Came in here to post this. Wish I could rep you for this. It reminded me of a modern-day version of RVD/Lynn, without the selling or pacing.

I mean, the match did make me go at the high spots. The only part that disgusted me was the reversal recital in the beginning, it's beyond played out at this point. Ricochet is insanely talented. Same with O'Spreay. Their match just wasn't really for me. It was cool for what it was, I don't think it warranted all the praise or "controversy". If it was in PWG, I don't think it'd get this much attention.

They had a match in Evolve on Mania weekend that had the same standoff spot that is the big thing people point to in this match. The difference is Vader didn't see the Evolve clip of it & shyt on it like it was killing the business.

WOW. I'm just now seeing this match. I heard/saw a lot of talk about it though and noticed how divided it was. I think it was a great match. If anything, it could have been 4-5 minutes longer just with rest spots for them but it was fast paced and they did a lot of crazy shyt and didnt botch up the shyt either. Came off like two equals and Ricochet didnt look week taking a pin.

I agree that C4 is a stupid move. Honestly the Canadian Destroyer/Sunset Flip Powerbomb is pretty stupid to me too.

I love cruiserweights, and this newer wild flippy stuff. If this was 2000 or so, I would have loved this, but i'm less into wrestling. I didn't get the WOW factor I saw from seeing Malenko vs. Guerrero in ECW or Mysterio vs. Psychosis in ECW.

they had some very nice looking spots in this match tho.

Just watched it. I don't know anything about Ospreay and very little about Ricochet, but it's obvious both are incredible athletes. This was a good match, but not my preferred style of pro wrestling. I can see why some people would love it and why some people would hate it.

Highly unquestioned was clowning this match like a week or two ago.

Dean Malenko may not be elite overall, but as an in ring wrestler dude was elite. Dude had classics. Everyone has different ways of getting over.
