I was in Jamaica for 4 days last year with no internet or cellular and I still was able to listen to my entire Spotify collection.

fukk Apple Music. If your not connected to the Internet, even your offline music is blocked from being listened to.Then you can use Apple Music (which is arguably better) or Google Play.

That's not true. I had no problem listening to my offline music while I was out of the country with no internet.

After 5 or more days of not being online, Apple music blocks you from listening to your offline music unless it authenticates your account. I travel out of the country extensively and have had this issue plenty of times. Hence the reason i've decided to migrate to Amazon music over this apple music bs

Pretty good deal twice the price of the 128gb touch, with twice the storage and the ability to make actual phone calls and use the web without wifi.
But I dont want to stream my music....
If you use Google Play Music, it's not streaming once you cache it to your phone. It's basically just a backup of all your music to their cloud, which you can then choose what to download to your phone. I'll get rips of stuff from here, and then upload it to my GPM account if they don't have it available.
