It depends on the circumstances if she's around the same age as the guy but is saying she's around a year or two younger than she actually is then to me no it's not creepy but if she's 35 saying she's 21 or 21 saying she's 30 or 15 saying she's 18 that's creepy with the last part being very dangerous as well. But generally it's very creepy for a man or woman to tell someone significantly younger than them that they are younger just to sleep with that person.
