That’s EVERYWHERE, homie...it's always been like that. Think back in the day when people shyt on South Central LA or Compton based solely off what they heard in music.

It’s like….Philly is the #1 city to shyt on with respect to the cats on this board.….but the problem is, 90% of the people who say that shyt ain’t never been here.

I equate it to people saying “OH, CHICAGO IS fukkING DANGEROUS AND OUT OF CONTROL!!”, not knowing that the majority of the violence that’s happening there now is confined to a certain part of the city. I’ll bet it’s CACs in Chicago who NEVER see Black people in their damn neighborhoods, just like it’s CACs in Pennsylvania and South Jersey who never see Black people in their hoods.

The violence is nothing compared to the 90's when Crip was heavy on the west and Blood on the east.

Man, Detroit looks like shyt, and I'm sure it's hood has the same problem every hood has, but that city seems desolate and sparsely populated. Plus it's big, it just didn't seem like a spot that would get it ranked as #1
