Someone give me the cliff notes of this guy’s sources.

Because I’m not giving a random jackass views and California and New York being top 11 poorest States sounds like straight bullshyt off the top.

He said far as NY go it is moreso how much people make vs the high cost of living

Bucktown, U.S.A. (Harlem, NY) + 'Cuse, NY
His list is cap:russell:

NYS is one of the wealthiest states in America, which is a well-known fact and the cost of living in NYC doesn't represent the rest of NYS as the economy of those places (Buffalo, 'Cuse, Rochester, etc) are much different.

Upstate New York is like living in a whole another state of its own, economically and characteristically

Ok I think I get what this list means

Its the citizens living there, and if they match the "poor" definition. Expenses and Cost of Living above their income, then yeah they are right. This is the perfect list to look at when people look to move to an area

Because if it was the wealth of the States themselves, this list would be laughable. California itself has higher GDPs than most countries. In the end the wealth of a State doesn't mean shyt if you can't partake in it
