The series is set 97 years after a devastating nuclear war. The only survivors were residents of space stations orbiting the earth. The space stations banded together to form a massive one called "The Ark". Resources are scarce and all crimes are punishable by death. 100 juvenile residents, convicted of what would have been relatively minor crimes and misdemeanors on pre-war Earth, are now considered "expendable" and are sent on a mission to test if Earth's surface has become habitable again.

and maybe "Hart of Dixie"

I'm really not trying to add anymore CW shows on my plate. Like mentioned in another thread, The CW & Warner Bros. is DETERMINED that I will never abandon their Network with all these spinoffs.

This show just looks cheesy as fukk. CACs on a planet where they have to survive and the one token black guy gets wacked 3 episodes in. The bushes is where it will forever be.

So there's several space stations that were orbiting Earth in a doomsday scenario, but they just happened to be filled with Americans and Europeans Where are the Indians, Chinese, Japanese and Arab people at? I guess they didn't make any space stations African countries aren't as technologically advanced but, abiding by the dumb ass premise of this show, there should have been one African country who joined in as well. According to cacs, the world is 90% white.......they'll make a tv show with 20 white characters and think having 2 non-white characters is diversity :cacmj23:

Me and my friends sit back and think about this shyt all the time and it seems like Hollywood and TV in general just hate black people or they just arent willing to write for us or from our point of view. If we're too smart on TV they kill us, if we showing up the white lead or making better decisions we are written off or killed shortly thereafter. Its so obvious now you can see when its going to happen and I can call it a mile away. We have no voice unless we doing something demeaning or ignorant on screen. Can you name at least two positive black males being shown on TV where he's not being some type of manservant (Diggle my nikka but man he follows Ollie around like a lost puppy and always waiting to be told what to do) or thug or token just cosigning whatever the white lead says or does? Hell I can't name one.

I thought this show was about aliens. I always fast-forwarded through the commercials. The concept does sound dope though. Feels like the plot for an anime or something.

CW has gotten a lot better with the "teen drama" stuff. Their story lines for their shows have stepped it up, too. Arrow is an amazing show considering the budget it has.

This was addressed. They had to connect the different space stations together to survive and some were lost. Some were lost before they tried to connect as well, and we are seeing things a few generations down the line. If you look at the kids, its actually not 90% white.

CW has put out some good shows this year, but I bet they get rid of them all. Star-Crossed has turned out to be pretty good, and Tomorrow People is surprisingly nice.
