Great list I watched every show listed even ones that were left out but fresh prince n Cosby show was great but overrated they both represented hip hop culture and imagery of how a middle/high class family should be brought up but comedy wise the top 5 black sitcoms to me

Parenthood should have been on that list, I would have taken out Cousin Skeeter, and I would have found a spot for South Central, that shyt was a 90's version of Good Times.

Good list. Missing some stuff I considered great at the time and haven't seen in years..like Out All Night or Malcolm Jamal Warner's show on NBC after the Cosby Show. Good to see Living Single getting the love it deserves though. The last season is meh but every season before that is dope.
