1. Bulls (tibs has his team play playoff basketball in the regular season that is why they keep winning UNTIL they get into the playoffs and when the other team plays playoff basketball also then they are fukked like always)
2. Wizards (deepest team in the nba)
3. Raptors ( lost no one and got more experience)
4. Cavs ( when lebron takes a rest don't forget the 30 win team of last year will be on the court)
5. Pacers ( this team already hit its ceiling without a real PG)
6. Hawks ( horford will be back so the record will be better)
7. Bobcats ( they just don't have a bench)
8. Heat ( let's keep it reality, wade and deng will only play 60 games so that means they can't even compete in 22 games)
