How the fukk is Dipset a top 5 produced album?

When these nikkas used the Bout It, Bout It beat from Master P and AZ's Mo Money Mo Homicide beat, with all them skits, the soul samples that were better on The Blueprint and Supreme Clientele, that shyt wasn't even well mixed. There was some good beats on there but some average shyt too, not as timeless as Illmatic, any Pete Rock & CL Smooth album, Midnight Marauders. And then it's also ahead of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, my nikka did you hear the All of the Lights Interlude, Devil In A New Dress, Blame Game? Hell On Earth, Havoc sampling Scarface themes, shyt is demonic AF, the piano on Hell On Earth (Frontlines) :ohlawd:.

Dipset my nikka really :mindblown:, and I've accepted that album as a classic don't think it belongs on any top production list. A top produced list with no Tip, Premo, Pete Rock, Quik?

Look everyone's opinions are their own, but if you're going to do an 'indisputable' top 20 produced albums list and you find yourself leaving off DJ Quik you need stop for a minute and reconsider. Maybe your head's just not in the right place at the moment, maybe you need to fall back and bump Safe + Sound or Rhythmalism and then come back and try again later. :yeshrug:
:ehh: i've heard great things from Quik...but outside of Heartz of Men, Justify My Thug...i aint familiar with his shyt like that and cant believe ppl really think Quick > Dre or even Daz and Warren. put me on

The order isnt important in my listt...i merely put the numbers so that I knew when i reached 20 albums. However...nah you buggin. A list without Diplomatic Immunity in the top 10 is faulty.

Yea yea...the Marvin Gaye sample was a straight bite. Same with the OJays...Bout it Bout it...but thats irrelevant especially on a 20 track album.

Ground Zero, The First, Dipset Anthem, Who am I, Beautiful Noise, I really mean it, Built this city (:ohlawd: at the sample), DJ Enuff??

Blueprint and Supreme Clientele are not touching it and are boring in comparison

i knew watch the throne would catch hate...but its nothing more than hate.
Only on the coli will dudes act like an album with fukkin

Primetime, nikkas in Paris, Gotta Have It, Welcome to the Jungle, WHO GON STOP ME, MURDER TO EXCELLENCE and ILLEST MF ALIVE isnt worthy.

Dudes is listing shyt with singles that probably didnt even chart :scusthov:. Miss me with that shyt.

You can't really go wrong with any of his albums, but Safe + Sound and Rhythmalism are probably the consensus best joints, front to back. Just take some time with his shyt, he's a true craftsman and artist. Street Gospel, the album he did with Suga Free in '98 is great too, but Free can be a bit of an acquired taste.

Anyway here's a few gems from throughout his solo career:

Supreme Clientele is better than 80% of that list.

Throw It Was Written in there too.
