i dont know why people are surprised. this kentucky team is soft as baby chit, especially now that nerlens is hurt.

you just knew that an ignorantly athletic goon-looking team like tennessee was gonna buss that @$$.

so are we done talking about kentucky? theyre not even projected to be in the tournament if it started today. snap out of it people. theres alot going on in the ncaa.

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (AP) – Sources are reporting this evening that after UK's 88-58 loss to unranked Tennessee, University of Kentucky Head Coach John Calipari has been arrested following a scuffle with Kentucky basketball player Alex Poythress. Coach Calipari reportedly was trying to drive away with Poythress’ Cadillac Escalade when University Police apprehended Calipari.

University Police indicated Coach Calipari had keys to the vehicle, and suggested to reporters that Calipari may have been trying to repossess the vehicle due to poor play by the highly paid, celebrated freshman. Witnesses described Calipari as shouting, “This isn’t what I paid for!” before being handcuffed and placed into custody

kentucks best win was against ole piss, only way they makign the tourney is if they run the table and beat florida mar 9th and then win the sec tourney

oh except for the time he took a 6 man of team of brandon knight/terrence jones, deandre liggins,darius miller, doron lamb, josh harrelson to the final 4 where they lost by 1 point to the champ

thats 1 good nba starter in knight, 1 good nba roatation player in T. Jones, 2 boderline nba players in miller,lamb and 2 guys who never would of made a roster without his coaching

ryan harrow destroyed this team when he left the team after the Harrisons announced... he's been there for 2 years and is selfish and soft

Archie goodwin is talented, but has no interest in anything but trying to get to the League... he has a iq below 100... and has abandoned the team in order to save his draft stock...Cal tells him to play team first and the other shhit will come

Willy/Poythress are good kids/students and will do extremely well if they stay... Alex is soft, but if they stay and train hard they will both be good players next year

Is this serious? That's 6 nba players. That's more than any coach in that tournament had to work with and that was a down year for him in terms of talent. Look at what izzo or self does with maybe 1 or 2 nba guys. He's just a great recruiter but that's it. Coaches don't respect him and his players don't even either. My buddy played against the John wall and cousins team and said they were openly cursing him out during the game. They know he's just a babysitter for them for a year until they get to the league and then fukk him. Watch what happens when he actually has to coach now.

Damn shame it took for the season to almost be over to put him in the starting lineup. He's only averaged 22 a game in his 3 starts. Roy really fukked this one up, hopefully its not too late...

I've watched more ncaa basketball this season than in the last 5 to 7 years. I wanna get into it but its hard watching some of these teams. They can't shoot and fundamentals are ass. I was spoiled by the 90's and early 00's I guess. Im trying though.

i made my official return to watching regular season college ball in '07-08 when rose, beasley, mayo, gordon, love, griffin, harden, etc went to college.

I disagree. Watching this season will make it that much more live when the real talent comes back. Plus this March will probably be off the hook since there isn't 1 or 2 clearly dominant teams. shyt is wide open.

yea. even when i fell back on watching the regular season, march madness was still a staple. i still watched the november tournaments as well.

the goat beginning & ending to seasons in sports belongs to college basketball.

i can ride with this as well.

but i understand how its hard to get into or back into something when the quality is low. ive been trying to get back into mainstream wrestling(TNA & WWE) recently, but i just cant do it.

This year may not have been the best to try to get back into it..Next year should be extremely good. Next year will be extremely good since 2013 is the best HS class since 2007 imo.
