A team that deserves a #2 seed is New Mexico. They are out there wrecking shop in the #1 rated conference in the nation, the Mountain West. Even when they get their #3 seed, they will lose in the 2nd round though.

I'm actually pullin for y'all don't want one of the elites gettin a title... Plus pitino deserves a title for what he did for us in the 90s

Let's keep the title in the state.

you know you make a good point.

i completely forgot about the zags being out west, i haven't been right all week with my illness i'm now getting over. :snoop:

now that i really take a look at it it would be good to get away from the pod system and north carolina since more than half of the fans in the arena for those first two games are carolina fans and duke haters so that shyt isn't an advantage at all. plus being able to potentially play the weakest #1 seed in the history of the tournament would be nice too.

i actually think i agree with you now, but i'd be content with either of the 3 outcomes discussed. i'm not afraid of any team this year. :manny:

the lobos are dope with kendall williams, snell and them white boys balling but that loss last week against air force to end the season took them out of it IMO. if they had won that one, plus take the tourney in vegas they would be a lock for a #2 seed in the west, but as is i don't think they'll get it even though they prolly deserve it especially with their RPI being only second behind Duke and their SOS being top 5 as well.

either way, alford is putting in work in NM and making General Knight proud. :obama: too bad like you said they will probably lose in the round of 32. i don't think they have gotten to the sweet sixteen in like 30 years or something.
