Monty Wiliiams on Eric Gordon's injury:
"He probably does feel pain; that would be the only reason why a guy can't play," Williams said. "I've checked with Doc," Williams said, "but for him to explain to me what's going on with his body and then have Eric feel a certain way doesn't matter. You know what I'm saying? If Doc says one thing and the guy is feeling another, then you have to . . . what am I supposed to say? I'm sure it's got to be medical. A guy just can't not play. It's got to be medical. At this point of the year, everybody is excited to play. I'm sure it's medical."
:heh: :leon: Even Monty is hinting and deep down knows that Gordon is just faking it :smh: Hornets should have just let him walk to Phoenix, and than just tank this season for another lotto pick.

Gordon contradicted himself. he said there is no damage, but there is damage. Very odd. Video soon.

San Antonio Spurs' DeJuan Blair did not play in last night's season opener versus the Hornets (DNP-Coach's Decision) and he took to Twitter to voice his feelings.

This is wat I expected! Lol I'm just not wat dude wants out there it just hit me!! And that's respect! Just KNO I'm doing my part! #SALUTE

And it did not stop there. Blair continued to share his feelings. Aside from jokingly asking if anyone has "inches" to spare so he can be taller, Blair tweeted this:

I'm just joking ill b good somebody out there likes wat I do!!!! BELIVE that! Ok I'm out bout ta b (cont) tl.gd/jrkcu0

Well there you go Spurs fans. He isn't going on some huge diatribe and openly complaining about not playing last night but it is something to watch for during the season. He is in a contract season and perhaps he just wants to show he is raring to go and earn an extension with the team.

I really hope Manu plays tonight against OKC we're gonna need him. DeJuan Blair needs to quit bytching I think Pop DNP'd him dude to the size and length of NO's bigs. I wouldnt be surprised if he gets minutes tonight against the Thunder.

Good to see Timmy out there still getting 24 and 11 and saving us in the clutch.

Hornets was in a fukked up position tho. Had they let Gordon walk then they basically traded CP3 for nothing when they could've had much more via the Laker trade. If they match the offer they gotta give a guy the max that doesn't like living in New Orleans. There was no middle ground. They couldn't trade him because he wasn't signed, they can't trade him now because he's coming off a knee injury and he's faking, plus no team besides Phoenix will give him the max. He should've told them earlier he didn't want to be there, like in January.
