Those #s speak more for his shot-choice + the structure/direction of the offense than they do his ability. He's averaged 19.6 FG attempts per game since being traded, with a large number of them being iso situations (which would rank him 3rd in the league). He wouldn't average that on the Bulls and he certainly wouldn't have the same amount of iso's either (Rose in the lineup and constant ball movement), which would considerably affect his FG%.
