I always tell nikkas... They can have Durant. Nothing about his game really scares me. When Sabo gets to the stage where he's making smarter decisions, he will be unstoppable.

Pretty damn sure about that. I just watch him and be like... Ehh. He's a great player but I see him and feel like something's still missing. Not sure what it is tho.

He's basically a 7-ft SG and you are "ehh"..........![]()
Ok... I'm not asking you to understand me or agree with me. I refuse to go back and forth with anyone about this. If it takes away from my "basketball acumen" then so be it. nikkas get too caught up on here tryna be smarter than the next. Ain't got time for it bruh. I respect your opinion. If you don't respect mines the. So be it. I like Sabo more than KD.

naw do you man. i respect your opinion. it aint got anything do with being smarter or any of that other nonsense you be talking. just find it strange you feel 'the second best player in the league' is non-threatening.
A defender can go at Durant and body him up and he has to pray for a call. Tho I think he's improved leaps and bounds on his dribble and drive, I still think he relies too much on his jumper. It's great that he has one now tho becuz unless something drastic happens to his hand, it can only get better and that will prove beneficial to him later in his career.
The way I feel about KD is the same way I felt about Dirk before he embarrassed the Heats entire front court. He's great but I think he can be stopped.
Edit: I posted that other shyt becuz nikkas be fronting on this joint too hard. Hard to tell whose real and whose make-believe from behind a keyboard. Some of these nikkas google some stats and think they're Hollinger and Simmons. Lol
The problem with that line of thinking is, you have to apply the same reasoning to - Westbrook. And if you do, you end up with relatively the same answer as you did for Durant:
One may say he relies too much on his athleticism to create 99% of his offense (minimal actual fundamentals or ball-specific skills). Now it isn't as though teams can take that entirely away from him, but they can limit his athletic-effect on the game (collapsing, traps, deflect weakside etc etc) just like they can for Durant and his jumper (deny ball, deflect weakside etc etc). It's all good theoretically saying he can be stopped - but the reality of it, when he's having one of the greatest shooting%/scoring seasons of all time and is on the verge of four-consecutive scoring titles says otherwise.
And Dirk isn't exactly capable of this to bail him out when he teams take away his shooting options:
