He improved a lot. I remember when Green was on the Lakers Summer League squad last season, he was really bad, but he played garbage minutes in the 4th quarter in the 2 games, but he looked like the same Gerald Green. But, watching his NBDL All Star Game highlights and when he played with the Nets, I was at how good he got and improved.
