I know Frank/Joe D want to bring Drummond along slowly, but Dre has to start soon. The gap between him and Jason Maxiell is so wide that it's almost unfair to Drum to let him sit behind a bum like that. It's also slowing Monroe's development because they want to move him to the 4 but with Maxiell starting that is impossible...they need to move Drum to the starting 5,slide Monroe to the 4 to just get it over with..He's by far the best Defensive big on the team already..

Might as well throw him out their from the start. The Pistons ain't making no noise for a couple of years but they can get the heads up by putting Andre out there with Monroe to see how well their games mesh. And if they do click, the Pistons could have the making of a Spurs like lineup with the Twin Towers.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Miami is already the best small ball team ever, first one I can think of that won a title. But, I see a lot of experts saying that is the way the league is going and I just don't buy it, there seems to be a upswing in centers lately, and most importantly the only reason Miami can get away with the small bull scheme is because their Small Forward is essentially the size of a Power Forward and he can play as a dominant wing scorer or pass out of the post. They have the ultimate swiss army knife on their roster that is a once in a generation player (If that), and experts seem to think this formula can be copied?

I buy it because i don see any Duncans or Shaqs on the horizon anytime soon with dominant low post games

There will always be someone that slips through the cracks or develops late and comes out of nowhere. Duncan wasn't on the radar until his sophomore year in College.

I just think it takes too unique of a player to run the system the Heat have, even Wade is odd/unique, he makes up for the lack of shot blocking from Bosh. You worry more about the 6"4 guard blocking your shot on help D than you do their 6"11 PF/C and most of his offense comes inside the paint. Their two wing players have an affect on offense similar to big men, and their tallest player shoots 18 footers and 3s :mindblown:

You're just not going to be able to replicate that.
