I think Thibs will have him continue to play to his strengths, which is driving to the rim, but I doubt Evans can ever be a competent shooter in the NBA, but I still think Evans is still an unfinished product that can become an elite defender like Deng. But, if there is a coach that can get the best out of practically any player not named Boozer, Thibs canI think Deng's defense is a bit overrated, but he is a great shooter. But, if the Bulls can get another shooter through FA or by a trade at the 3 position to go along, the Bulls are legitimate title contenders, even favorites.
If they trade Deng for Reke - they'll be hustlin backwards. Bulls need another player that can get to the rim, but not at the expense of losing one of their biggest, if not their biggest threats from the perimeter - especially for a player like Evans, who'll probably never fill that missing piece.
