The Grizzles can always have Pau back. 
Rudy for Pau do it Mitch!! Pau can accept coming off the bench for his brother Marc. If you are Memphis, do you do this trade of Z-Bo for Josh Smith? And than they could trade Rudy for Pau, and than there line-up could be Conley, Tony Allen, Josh Smith, Pau & Marc Gasol 
And the Lakers can finally get there wing player at the 3 they need badly. One can only hope
