Memphis also sends guard Wayne Ellington, who makes $2 million in the final year of his deal, to Cleveland.

Cavs actually acquired a future first round pick from Memphis in trade and waived guard Jeremy Pargo to create roster space.

Cavs can't use 1st round pick until 2015 at earliest. Protected 1-5 and 15-30 in '15 and '16, 1-5 in '17 and '18, unprotected in '19.
