Basically They Were Talking About How Race Is Perceived In Movies i.e. Gang Members Being Black And Hispanic And Terrorists Being Muslims Etc..

Chuck Said America Is Still Segregated

Ernie Got Mad At The Word "Segregated" Cuz He Said He Seen/Heard First Hand Though His Dad (Who Was A Pro Baseball Player) About His Black Teammates Not Even Being Allowed To Eat In Restaurants, So He Felt Chuck Was Out Of Line Using The Word "Segregated"

As He Was Telling The Story Kenny Tried To Interject A Few Times To Defend Chuck And Ernie Got Visibly Heated And Was Like "Stop Interrupting Me And Let Me Talk!"

He Ended Saying That He Looks At All The People He's Allowed To Work With Of All Races And Said True Segregation Would Not Allow Them All To Be Together Everyday
