Oh, now you guys are gonna love this. Let's set the stage. Segura reaches on infield single, then steals 2nd. Braun walks.
So we have men at (these are important) 1st (Braun) & 2nd (Segura), nobody out. They decide to double steal, but go too early, and the pitcher steps off and throws to 3rd. Segura in a rundown, Braun gets to 2nd. Segura chased back to 2nd.
At this point, the fielder (Valbuena) tags Segura (who would be safe regardless), then Braun (who would be out). After Segura was tagged, he left the bag, and was tagged again, after Braun was tagged, but the ump missed it. On his way to presumably the dugout, he realizes what's going on, and goes to first base.
So what should've been a double play, ends up with Braun being out, and Segura going backwards on the bases, ending up on 1st. Then he tries to steal 2nd again, and gets thrown out.
lol, I have never seen anything like that happen.
