What do you think Hick's ceiling is? You see him as a .330 OBP/10 HR/.440 SLG/30 SB/good defense CF?

I think his ceiling is much higher on his power numbers...double probably. And he has been swinging the bat much better lately. He start was just so horrible...almost unbelievably so.

Mike Matheny is such a bonehead manager, even with our record.

4th inning, Lynn has been getting hammered, given up a couple home runs, so we're down 4-1 ...
we have bases loaded and the pitcher spot up. 2 outs, but again, Lynn has been getting rocked. Instead of pinch-hitting for Lynn and bringing in Carlos Martinez, a young hardthrower who is being conditioned as a starter, he lets him hit. Groundout.

Next inning gives up 2 more runs. Smh. He always leaves in pitchers too long.
