Our offensive scheme is too vanilla. We have no creative ways to get people open. I always hope we can pry an offensive coach from Green Bay, New Orleans, Philly, but I think we are stuck with who we have. It'd be nice if we could do rub plays, crossing routes or shovel passes (in short yardage).

So I guess Oher threw all them shytty passes, picks, and wack checkdowns. From what I seen, Flacco had enough time for the majority of the game, he was just making dumb reads. Flacco playing bad is well known, but our pass and run blocking has also been a problem all season. cap number lower than aquan boldin would have been this yr. and it's only about guaranteed dollars...it will get restructured at some point as it's a for show contract like Big Ben's was.

I know that the line is a problem, but none of them nikkas are making top dollar like Flacco's punk ass. Plus that nikka threw 2 terrible picks yesterday and went into the 4th qtr without a td at home! The only way u can blame the line for that is if nikkas is blowing past them and stripping him, that didnt happen yesterday. The line was actually good in the Detroit game and he still couldn't put up a td, dude is not the answer

Our coaches are garbage. Every gameplan is basic as fukk.We do a poor job of maximizing the little talent we do have
Far as talent goes look at Flaccos receivers.Who is consistent? Torrey can't make tough catches and is horrible at playing the ball in the air,he should be a #2 WR not a #1.Jacoby is ok,he's good 4th WR but he's the 2nd best on our team.Marlon is OK but he's young, his ceiling is probably a decent #2.dikkson is dikkson.Pitta is barely getting any playing time and probably won't be back 100% til next year
Why you expect Flacco to ball out with this subpar receiving core?I'm not making excuses for him cause he did have a bad game yesterday but so did his weapons.
Flacco played great last week against Detroit but our offense still looked shytty because we just don't have the talent on offense to to put up big numbers even when Flacco is playing well.
No offense looks great without elite or pro bowl caliber weapons and we don't have that.This is the reason I've been wanting them to draft a WR in the 1st round for years.Stop giving Flacco all these undrafted nikkas and low round picks and expecting him to turn shyt into gold.If you to want him to truly ball then give him the talent he needs.If we keep building the D and ignoring the offense then expect more of the same next year.If you want to blame somebody blame the front office not Flacco
The good thing is we have no choice but to get Flacco new weapons with Jacoby,Pitta,Doss,and dikkson all being free agents this off season and Torrey only having 1 year left on his deal.

Our coaches need to be more creative. Our scheme is predicated on our players just beating their guys on their one on one matchup. It works well when you've got studs all over the place, but when you have average talent all over your roster, you need to out-sheme teams.
No doubt, we are definitely going to load up defense- While that adage about our defense being old is not really true (outside of Troy P. and Ryan Clark), the problem is that we have a lot of young guys thrown into the fire this year with all the injuries etc. . Hopefully as they gain experience they should into their roles next year....
But here is the thing, I feel alot of teams will be looking for that big reliable rcv'r especially in the 1st round. Off the top, teams that I feel are yearning for a big or dangerous WR/TE:
Pit
Bal
NE
Car
NYJ
Ind
Some of those teams will be selecting in the latter half of the 1st round... So if you fukk around and hope to grab someone in the 2nd, you could sit there and watch 4 teams scoop up the one thing your offense needs.
