aint gonna throw shade, the talent is ridic in LAA land, but that schedule has been weak lately. but the A's get 2 series with HOU and 1 with TEX after the break should be able to get a few games back. best 2 teams in the game right now not even debatable. altho LAD's overall talent could lead them to a chip. not a big buyer into this years Giants team
It has been somewhat weak but we have taken care of business. We werent doing this the past two years. The only thing that worries me is i hope we can get another starting pitcher. Doesnt have to be a ace, just a solid number 3 or even more bull pen help.

This dude Joey Gallo has some SERIOUS power. Just hit a BOMB in the Futures Game. I saw on twitter a scout say that, power wise, it's close between he and Stanton. Think about that for a second.

Dead serious. I caught 5 innings of the young dudes though. Baseball just doesn't have my interest this season for some reason. Had no idea who the one Yankee prospect was when I saw his name. The whole scene around Target Field has been hilarity. 50/50 on going to the HR derby... Might just link with my homeboy and explore the city.

You gotta go to witness Stanton's power and Puig's swagger.

I haven't even really tried going downtown since this shyt has been in town :snoop:

With the bars staying open later I didn't wanna deal with the people who couldn't wait to take advantage of that. I'd go catch the first round or two of the derby then get out of there. Nobody trying to watch BP for 3+ hours

But Dozier better show up in the derby. One of the more underrated 2nd basemen or overall players in the league. Doesn't hit for high average but is always getting on base and plays a great defensive second base.

This play :banderas:

And he pulled this off so you gots to pay your respects

Downtown is garbage. A friend talked me into hitting Sneaky Pete's and The Imperial Room... Wack. Area is full of bozos, dimwitted suburbanites, and borderline stripper bum bytches. Much prefer the Uptown and Whittier areas for bars and food. Also, every damn cop in the city is posted up downtown - on horseback, on bikes, on foot, in cars. shyt looks like a dystopic police state. Also blown away by the sheer number of motorized wheelchairs in this city.

No fat shaming here. We keep em mobile

Yeah downtown is gonna be a collection of all of Minnesotas worst. The drunks who are just excited to stay out late, the suburbanites who finally feel safe downtown even though it aint dangerous to begin with. Minneapolis gets over cautious whenever we have events like this. City is terrified of getting any kind of bad press. If you've never been over Northeast, you should check that out. A little more low key and good food but some of them Polacks are territorial over there
