Nothing is more comical than looking over MVP voting from the steroid era. The top ten guys all average like 40 HRs and 120 RBIs. Most everyone hitting over .300.

Jim Thome's line in 2002 was 52/118 with .304/.445/.677 and an OPS of 1.122 and he finished SEVENTH in voting. :heh:
