They can't ban them for the playoffs. Owners would be irate. No one would go to games know it would lead to nothing, massive losses all around.

Revoking draft picks for the first five rounds for five years is reasonable. Prevents them to replenish their farm system, something they have excelled at.

this is a new age man... new threats... i bet no one thought professional sports would be threatened by cyber security, esp between its own teams

I just can't see banning them from playoffs will happen. MLB and STL stand to lose too much from ticket revenue alone. Draft picks is a start, just couldn't think of any other punishment that would affect them on field.
