Singleton is so all-or-nothing, I like aggressive but he doesn't seem to know how to harness it

better start from Graveman this time around, nice to see a couple shutouts this early. Pomeranz should continue his breakout season tonight. should have been last year, then he punched a chair after his only bad start :francis:
the a's defense is troublesome.... we have something like 8-9 errors already... 2 of which are directly responsible for 2 losses already against the mariners

i am not sold on marcus simein defensively

me neither, Donny made a ton of errors but he also got to everything. im feelin the pen big time right now, and thats with no Doo yet. Clippard should easily match what Gregerson did, and im liking Alvarez and Scribs. got some solid arms back there

the pen is another area i'm a little unsure of... maybe it's just me but clippard looks uncomfortable... we all saw what happened to doolittle last year - n*ggaz started to catch on to his attempted strike 3 high heat... just laying off

i am glad gregerson is gone.. he started to get a little shaky at the end of last year

i dunno man.... it'll be interesting to see who gets sent down when coco comes back

i really like canha... think he's gonna be something special... and billy butler :blessed:

and fuld... christ he looks great - still can't believe we DFA'd him and then traded t milone for him a month later lol

Ian Desmond has more errors than 18 teams :scust:
man, i don't care if this guy has been a top SS offensively over the past few years, whoever gives him his big contract is gonna regret the fukk out of it. he also reeks of a guy who signs for a big money then inexplicably has a terrible offensive season for some reason.

Fuld is a guy that helps you win games, that shyt made no sense to dump him. even when the team fell apart, he was the one who was making run-saving dives and hitting walk-offs

pen will finish top 10 in ERA, i dont know if Alvarez will keep it up but i think the rest of the group is good. Chavez is a great long-man/spot starter to have

and hes about to turn 30. i like him, but i agree that his impending 8 year 160M or whatever contract will hurt his new team

having the yips this early= :scust:
Tbf to him, it's not yips

He has never been that good a defensive shortstop but his Aprils are usually terrible. I think he had 8 or 9 errors last April but ended up with 20. He always levels out.

This first week has been insane tho and its cost us games.
